Compliance and Editing Fees
Fee Payment
When initiating the manuscript submission process, authors must attach proof of payment for the compliance fee. Manuscripts without this proof of payment will not be evaluated. After scientific review, if accepted for publication, authors must pay the Editing Fee (which includes language revision, translation of abstracts into two languages, full-text translation into a second language, and formatting and standardization). The full-text file and proof of payment must be uploaded to the OJS system.
At this stage, carefully check that the manuscript has been submitted according to the final template (author names, institution, ORCID, and authorship order). Authors will be required to make adjustments, modifications, and additions at this point.
