The aim of this article is to present to its readers this illustrious old book based on 18th century nursing, its contents, namely the chapters it contains, which are divided into three treatises, and within these, into categories, 1. Unknown techniques nowadays; 2. Techniques that are currently extinct; and, 3. Techniques used nowadays, but updated to the context of post-modern technical-scientific development. In addition to these, it offers readers the opportunity to learn about this part of nursing history and create their own opinion, understand the evolution until the present day and be dazzled by this gem.
